While the room was generally clean and spacious, I found some hair in the bathtub and on the sheets, which was unpleasant. The location felt safe, but it was noisy at times, especially with trains nearby. Staff were friendly and responsive when I raised my concerns about the cleanliness.

The day manager and front desk agent Kimberly made me feel like royalty during my stay. I lost my keys once and 3 weeks later they had them waiting for me, that kind of service is hard to find. Plus the rooms are well kept and super comfortable.

San Angelo's food scene is a must-dive! Ban Moon's creative salads are like art on a plate, and El Paisano's tacos? Straight-up fiesta in your mouth. The staff here was welcoming and check-in was smoother than a Texas two-step! Plus, the room was clean and spacious.
